The Freedom Centre is located in Hastingwood, near Epping, Essex and first opened it’s doors in October 2015. In March 2022 we became a Private Members Only Wellness Centre.
The centre offers treatments and therapies to support you in your health and wellbeing journey including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Far Infra-Red Sauna, Low Level Light Therapy, Peat Hyperthermia Mud Bathing and Lucia No3 Hypnogogic light experience alongside massage therapy, Reiki Healing and many more. Our ethos is to facilitate you in taking responsibility for your health and supporting you to actively prevent conditions arising in the future by living a healthy lifestyle in the now.
We are located just off the A414 and only five minutes from the M11 Harlow, within easy access of Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford, Hatfield Heath, Loughton, North Weald, Brentwood, Ongar, Waltham Abbey, Stansted and Central London.
