Individual treatments and courses of treatment are available and your improvement can be measured via the Nerve Express, an advanced diagnostic assessment tool which shows your level of physical fitness and emotional state and how this changes over time.

The Freedom Centre is located in Hastingwood, near Epping, Essex and opened it’s doors in October 2015.

The centre boasts exclusive state-of-the-art equipment such as a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT), Far Infra-Red Sauna, Low Level Light Therapy, Peat Hyperthermia Mud Bathing and Lucia No3 Hypnogogic light experience as well as many other unique treatments and classes.

We are located just off the A414 and only five minutes from the M11 Harlow, within easy access of Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford, Hatfield Heath, Loughton, North Weald, Brentwood, Ongar, Waltham Abbey, Stansted and Central London.
